Cupcakes

I made some cola flavoured cupcakes.

Someone I work with is leaving for another job so these are for her. 

Screme Egg

After uni, I baked some cola cupcakes.

I went to the co-op with Jayne for some tasty treats and

 installed my phone's new screen protector.

Looks like I done a good job of it, so far. 

Looks better than the first one did when I first got it.

New Pencil Case Smell

I've lost my old pencil case and its contents and it sucks.

I have no idea if I left it in uni or if I lost if out my bag or in my room.

I can't find it anywhere though.

So, I bought a new one!

I love that new pencil case smell. I just need to buy more stationary to replace the lost stuff.

A plus side to this case is it's big enough for my stapler. :)

Return of Netflix

Watched the final episode of Breaking Bad. So sad that it's over!

I'm going to need to find a new show to fill that hole in my life.

Tidied my room a wee bit whilst watching Modern Family

and read some science papers on remodelling in asthma.

Garage

I went to vodka revolution and the garage last night to celebrate my birthday!

Such a good wee night. 

Free things

Yesterday I went to the Scotcampus freshers festival at the SECC.

I gained a lot of free cups and pens.

I also popped into Bravissmo for a bra fitting and a new bra.

The difference it makes is amazing. I definitely 

recommend going and getting fitted there!

Birthday

My birthday consisted of a lot of uni, The Princess and the Frog and chocolate cake and pizza.

I've never seen The Little Mermaid but that's about to change!

A few things

I've been missing for a while, sorry.

Here's a few pictures of what's been happening in my life.

1. I went to the Garage with a few folk and got my face painted like a tiger as well as gaining this tiger mask.

2. Scott, Jayne and I went to Edinburgh to the Dungeons and the National Museum of Scotland.

3. I broke the handle off of my work mug. Devastated.

4. I went to the cathouse of Saturday for Alasdair's birthday. My dad said he'd pay me to go out with odd shoes on. Sadly, he wasn't willing to pay me any more than £20. 

5. I bought a massive beanbag for Scott for his birthday. It barely fits in his room.

On Monday, this wonderful parcel was waiting

 for me when I got home from work.

I love new pyjamas and underwear.

Some of my favourite people came over on Monday and we 

ate pizza and watched terrible tv and it was great.

The Heat

It's been a weird/horrible/lovely past few days. 

I stayed at the boyfriend's house last night and he took me to work which was nice.

Especially since it means getting up really early on his day off.

I made cake pops but haven't decorated them. But so far they taste great!

My dad told me that the chocolate fudge I made is so far the best thing I've made. Yus!

I took Jayne and Scott to see The Heat tonight.

Which, by the way, is great and I highly recommend it. 

I'm working 6 of the next 7 days, unless my mum returns to work on Thursday.

That's not looking likely right now.

Hearts

I bought some new dresses!

I was searching for some cute skirts but was unsuccessful.

Scott, Kate, Euan and Lucy visited us yesterday at the end of their

 holiday which was lovely. Not seen them in a while since they live 

too far away. 

I've finally caught up on Breaking Bad and cannot wait for the second half

of the series. Absolutely gutted it's the final episodes though.

The village I work in, although a bit creepy, is really lovely.

I'd like a huge house like the ones there.

Except not there because the public transport facilities suck.

I went to see "This is the End" last night. It was okay, it had it's funny bits

 but overall it was only all right. Not the best film out. 

Laundry

This is where I've spent the past week. 

I've missed this job. 

I enjoy being my own boss and doing things at my own pace.
Week one (of three, maybe more) of covering for my mum complete.

Saturday was date night!

The new kitchen floor was fitted this afternoon.

The guy done a much better job than the first guy. 

Swimming

Jayne and I went swimming at the new sports complex in Linwood.

It was a lot quieter than we expected but it was good!

Off to the pub tonight with Amy and Kirstie for a catch up. 

Silver Linings

After a hectic day at work, I'm just relaxing with chocolate and a book.

Banoffee Pie

I worked an early shift this morning and it was far too warm.

Ridiculous heat levels.

The taxi driver who brought me home recognised me from picking me up 

the other night outside the cathouse.

My replacement parcel arrived just after dinner - so happy!

The parents went out for a drive sinc eit's such a lovely day

and returned with banoffee pie. mmmm :)

Orchid

This lovely orchid was waiting for me upon my arrival home from work.

I love it.

It's an anniversary present from Scott.

I've been waiting about for the past couple of days for a delivery of

the last part of my present to him, well, the main part.
